The CSC2012 deadline has been pushed forward to August 31st in response to several entrepreneurs who requested this extension. While this may be a little disappointing for the early entrants, it’s an effort to give everyone the opportunity to do their best and join the group of challenging innovators. In good geeksmanship, we’re sure that the community understands. Sanaga Ventures heeded the request and made a public announcement last week.

Support for All
As a support center for the competition in both the South West and Littoral regions, ActivSpaces has been participating in several community events to get the word out and assist would-be entrants with the procedures. One of our recent public sessions was at the Google+ Hackathon that we hosted with GTUG Douala and AppsTech. We’d like to reiterate our commitment to helping all participants perform their best.

Keep a sharp look out these next two months for local tech events and especially the #CSC2012 hashtag. It probably means we’re participating in an activity near you where we’ll be giving support with video pitches and other entry details. But don’t even wait for us, get on VC4Africa now and earn yourself a CSC2012 badge. Step up to the challenge!
